In the past, changing jobs was like a one-way ticket—returning to a company you’d left was seen as a sign of having no other options or as a step backward in your career. Today, we view it quite differently. Shaking hands again with a former employer is a sign of maturity and mutual respect—something only stable organizations and professionals who know their worth can afford. In today’s job market, the phenomenon known as “boomerang employees” is becoming increasingly prominent. These are employees who, after gaining experience elsewhere, decide to return to their roots. And it’s a trend that benefits both sides.

It’s not uncommon for the organization we choose to return to to be in a completely different place by then and able to offer us something it couldn’t before. We’re reopening our warehouse! Reorganizing our logistics processes is a huge challenge, but one worry is already off our minds—putting together a cohesive and experienced team. We’re proud to announce that as many as 95% of the employees from the “old warehouse” have decided to come back to us! For us, this is the best proof of appreciation and a huge vote of confidence. We know that with a crew like this on board, getting the warehouse up and running again will be a breeze.
