On 15 October, we celebrate Values Day. It is an opportunity to reflect on what connects us at Senetic and the principles that guide our everyday work. We work across different teams and countries. We bring different experiences, responsibilities and perspectives, but our values are our common ground. They help us build relationships, make decisions and work together towards shared goals. They shape an environment that encourages mutual support, a positive atmosphere and personal growth, alongside accountability for the results of our work. Our employees are the best people to explain what these values look like in practice. To mark Values Day, we invited colleagues from Poland and our international teams to share their experiences. In the video, they talk about what Senetic’s values mean to them and how they experience them every day.

Teamwork

We are one team, working together to achieve our company’s goals. Each of us contributes knowledge, experience and skills. By bringing these together, we can achieve more than we could individually. In our everyday work, teamwork means sharing information, being ready to help and finding solutions together. It also means looking beyond our own tasks and recognising how our work affects other people and teams.

Commitment

Each of us contributes to Senetic’s shared success. Commitment means understanding the purpose of our work, identifying with the company’s mission and striving to fulfil our responsibilities to the best of our ability. It shows in our everyday actions: taking initiative, paying attention to the needs of customers and colleagues, and following things through. It is about contributing ideas and effort and making a meaningful difference to our shared results.

Innovation

We look for ways to continuously improve how we work. We are open to new ideas, solutions and tools that help us work more efficiently and improve the quality of what we do. Innovation can begin with a simple question: “Could we do this better?” Sometimes it means introducing new technology; sometimes it means making a small change to an everyday process. What matters is being willing to suggest improvements and put them into practice.

Integrity

Professional integrity is the foundation of our work and the trust we build with customers, partners and colleagues. It means communicating information accurately, honouring commitments and being open about challenges. It also means being willing to acknowledge mistakes and take steps to resolve them. Integrity allows us to rely on one another.

We continuously expand our knowledge and develop our skills to do our work better. We learn from both our successes and our setbacks. Development happens through training, but also through everyday experiences: taking on new challenges, exchanging knowledge and acting on feedback. Being open to learning helps us develop our individual potential and strengthen the whole team.

Quality guides our actions. We aim to ensure that our work, decisions and approach to collaboration create positive customer experiences and build trust in Senetic. It means being thorough, paying attention to detail and understanding the needs of the person we are doing the work for. Bringing Our Values to Life Every Day

Values Day reminds us of principles that matter throughout the year. Our everyday decisions and behaviours give them meaning: helping a colleague, taking ownership of a project, having an open conversation or suggesting an idea that improves the team’s work. Although we work in different locations and speak different languages, our values help us move in the same direction.
