TRANSPARENCY at Senetic: Why Is It So Important for Our Team?
What does this mean in everyday work?
We asked our employees.
Transparency at Senetic primarily means the feeling that the company hides nothing. There is no distance between employees and top-level managers. On the company forum, you can even ask the CEO a question – and you will always receive an honest answer.
It also means clear rules of cooperation and communication.
From the very first day at work, thanks to a well-structured onboarding process, employees know exactly what their tasks are, what they need to learn, and what is expected of them.
Clear communication channels also support us in our daily work – including a ticketing system that organizes requests and improves collaboration between teams. The company also actively teaches employees how to communicate effectively and how to use the available tools.
Transparency also means regularly sharing information about what is happening in the organization:
-
we inform employees about new people joining the team and those changing their career paths,
-
every month we meet at company-wide meetings led by the management board,
-
we discuss results, goals, successes, but also challenges faced by individual departments.
For our employees, transparency also means honesty in conversations.
If we agree on something – we keep our word. If a decision is difficult, we communicate it openly. Even if not everything happens immediately, everyone knows why and when it may change.
Because transparency is not just a value written on paper.
It is the way we work together every day.
