How to prepare for a job interview at Senetic?

💡 1. Show your motivation

Not just what you do, but why you do it. What drives you, what do you feel most comfortable with, what gives you satisfaction?
Authenticity and passion often make a bigger impression than perfect answers. Show that you know where you are going and why you are interested in this particular role at Senetic.

💬 2. Prepare examples from your experience

Instead of talking about your skills in general, show them in action.
Talk about specific situations, projects, and ideas that have been successful.
Avoid generalities – the more details, the better.
If you have improved something, initiated a new process, or helped the team, be sure to mention it.
