We start with the basics – who we are looking for and what the recruitment process looks like step by step.
Who are we looking for?
There is no single answer, because at Senetic we value diversity. But we know for sure that people who will find their way with us best are:

What does the recruitment process look like at Senetic?
We are committed to making the recruitment process fast, simple and transparent.
Typically, the entire process closes in about 3 weeks.
Here’s what it looks like step by step 👇
1️. First contact : If your application interests us, we will get back to you within 1-4 business days.
2️. Short phone call : About 15 minutes. This is the moment when we get to know each other better, discuss basic issues and answer your questions. We are committed to transparency, so we talk frankly about mutual expectations and what it’s like to work in our team. This allows both parties to assess whether we are a good fit for each other – both in terms of values and practical aspects of cooperation. Don’t be afraid to ask – this is your time to make sure the role really fits your needs.
3️. Online meeting with Manager and HR : The conversation lasts about an hour and usually takes place online.
It’s a time to talk about experience, tasks and your strengths.
Sometimes we’ll ask you to take a short personality test – it’s not a selection, but it’s a great starting point to talk about what you’re best at.
4️. Second meeting + assignment : If all goes well, we will invite you to a second meeting – more practical. You may also be given a task tailored to the position that will help us see your way of thinking and acting.
5️. References : At this stage we ask you to contact people who can confirm your work experience.
6️. Offer or feedback : If both parties think it’s a “match”, we proceed to offer. We give a maximum of 3 business days for a decision. If it doesn’t work out this time – you can count on feedback with constructive feedback.
Transparency is key
We have nothing to hide. We want you to know from the beginning what you are signing up for. In interviews, we talk openly about what it’s like to work in a team, the challenges and opportunities for growth.
Remember – a recruitment interview is not an exam, but a dialogue. This is the moment when you also decide whether Senetic is the place for you. We encourage you to ask questions and honestly exchange opinions – this way both parties make an informed decision.
Your opinion matters to us!
After each recruitment process, we ask candidates to fill out a short survey evaluating the interviews. Why? Because we believe there’s always something we can do better. Your suggestions help us improve the candidate experience and develop our approach to recruitment. You are the reason our process gets better!
