Organizational culture is more than values written on a company website or a poster in the office. It’s the day-to-day activities, the attitude towards each other and the way we work together. At Senetic, we are confident that one of our strongest foundations is trust. This is confirmed by the results of our October 2025 satisfaction survey, in which 81% of the entire team participated. Employees’ responses made it clear that we are building an environment where people feel safe and want to stay longer:

  • As many as 89% feel that there is a culture of mutual trust in their teams
  • 81% say they are fully confident (100% sure) that they will continue working at Senetic in the coming year
  • 78% emphasized that they can freely share their opinions and suggestions This is a signal to us that we are moving in the right direction.

What is confidence for us?

First and foremost – honest communication. We want every employee at Senetic to have the opportunity to be themselves: to be able to speak boldly about their ideas, ask questions and try new solutions without fear of evaluation. This allows us to grow faster and smarter, basing activities on diverse insights and experiences. Trust is also the belief that there is always someone on the other side who will listen and understand. Whether talking to a colleague at the desk next to them or a board member, a sizable portion of employees feel that their opinion counts. And this is at the heart of what we want to cultivate.

Sincerity, or our way to a common goal

At Senetic, trust does not exist without transparency. That’s why we make sure to keep information flowing openly and build transparent messages: we share the direction of the company’s development we talk about financial results and changes in the organization we regularly discuss project challenges and successes Everyone should see the whole picture – not just their part.
This builds a sense of shared responsibility, but also strengthens motivation: we know why and where we are going. We believe in the courage to talk and prefer open opinions and constructive dialogue. Only then can we work together for change that really matters.

Trust in practice

We support each other – both in teams and on the employee-manager line. Leaders are present, available and ready to talk. We are constantly working on regularity in giving each other feedback. We treat feedback not as criticism, but as opportunities for development. Being fair to each other is not a rule written in a code with us – it’s behavior that is visible every day, in small decisions and gestures. We have nothing to hide, we regularly hold meetings where we jointly discuss the company’s situation, our goals and direction, everyone at such a meeting can speak up or ask about issues that are important to them.

Organizational culture is a process that never ends. We create it together by talking, listening and implementing solutions that respond to people’s real needs. At Senetic, trust is a practice.
