First day at work<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Imagine your first day at work. If you\u2019re working remotely, we\u2019ll always send you your equipment a week before you start. No stress, no frantic worrying about whether you\u2019ll manage to log in. If you\u2019re starting in the office \u2013 we\u2019ll welcome you with a tour and\u2026 a cup of coffee or tea together. No rush, no pressure. Because we know one thing: your first day at work isn\u2019t the time to bombard you with a ton of information. It\u2019s an organisational day. One that lets you catch your breath and feel \u2018at home\u2019.<\/p>\n

Less theory, more practical details<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We start with a meeting with the HR team. During this meeting, we go through a short presentation together, which also serves as a guide for your first few weeks on the job. Gradually, you\u2019ll learn about the company\u2019s history and our working culture. You\u2019ll find out how we operate on a day-to-day basis, but above all \u2013 we focus on the practical details. We know that onboarding into a new role involves a flood of information. That\u2019s why we deliver the information in manageable doses.

Your buddy <\/strong>\ud83e\udd1d<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On your first day, after the organisational part, it\u2019s time for: paperwork and training, your role, your team and your buddy.<\/p>\n

This is someone from your team who will:<\/p>\n

  • help you settle into your new environment<\/li>\n
  • answer your questions (and there are plenty of those at the start \u2013 we know that \ud83d\ude09)<\/li>\n
  • show you what day-to-day work looks like \u2018behind the scenes\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You\u2019re not left to your own devices.
    \nOnboarding at Senetic is a team process \u2013 your manager and colleagues are involved. Often, right from the start, you\u2019ll also meet members of other departments you\u2019ll be working with.<\/p>\n

    Every team works a little differently. And that\u2019s fine. That\u2019s why the induction process for a new role at Senetic is structured, tailored to your role and responsibilities, and prepared by your line manager.<\/p>\n

      Everything in one place \u2013 HR system support<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      During the onboarding process, you\u2019ll be supported by our HR system, which features a dedicated tab to help you navigate all the formalities \u2013 such as applying for benefits and reviewing essential information and policies. It\u2019s your command centre.
      \nThis ensures you won\u2019t miss a thing; you can learn at your own pace, with all the information organised in one place.<\/p>\n

      After two months \u2013 we\u2019re taking a break<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      After about two months on the job, you\u2019ll meet with the HR team again.
      \nThis is an important moment. We\u2019ll discuss how your induction is going, how you\u2019re settling into your new role, whether there\u2019s anything you feel is missing, and what we can do better. It\u2019s also an opportunity for you to give your feedback. Because a fresh perspective is invaluable. It\u2019s often newcomers who spot things that could be improved, have ideas for change, and view processes differently from the \u2018old guard\u2019. And we really do listen to that.<\/p>\n

      Numbers that mean something<\/h3>\n

      Finally, something we\u2019re proud of. In the first quarter of 2026, the NPS score among new employees stood at 80. That\u2019s a very high score \u2013 and for us, it\u2019s a sign that our onboarding process is working, that people feel at home at Senetic, and that the direction we\u2019ve taken makes sense.<\/p>\n
