On the company forum, you can even ask the CEO a question &#8211; and you will always <strong>receive an honest answer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"565\">It also means <strong>clear rules of cooperation and communication.<\/strong><br data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"385\" \/>From the very first day at work, thanks to a <strong>well-structured onboarding process<\/strong>, employees know exactly what their tasks are, what they need to learn, and what is expected of them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"837\"><strong>Clear communication channels<\/strong> also support us in our daily work \u2013 including a ticketing system that organizes requests and improves collaboration between teams. The company also actively teaches employees how to communicate effectively and how to use the available tools.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"937\">Transparency also means regularly <strong>sharing information about what is happening in the organization:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<li data-section-id=\"e5df1t\" data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1032\">\n<p data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1032\">we inform employees about new people joining the team and those changing their career paths,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tdjkge\" data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1108\">\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1108\">every month we meet at company-wide meetings led by the management board,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2909nv\" data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1201\">we discuss results, goals, successes, but also challenges faced by individual departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1271\">For our employees, transparency also means <strong>honesty in conversations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1458\">If we agree on something \u2013 we keep our word.
