At Senetic, we are an established and rapidly growing player in the IT industry, operating internationally across Europe. With a strong presence in the UK market and an extensive client base, we are now looking for a dedicated Microsoft Cloud Solutions Account Manager
to join our team and strengthen our position in the UK market.
As our Microsoft Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager for the UK market, you will take a leading role in driving the growth of our Microsoft cloud solutions business (including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft 365) within the region. You will leverage our existing marketing resources, customer base, and brand recognition, and focus on expanding our presence and acquiring new clients.

Main responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new customers for Microsoft cloud solutions across the UK market, with a strong focus on structured prospecting and pipeline development.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the UK business landscape, enabling effective positioning of Microsoft cloud offerings from Senetic in line with local customer needs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Work with existing UK customers to maintain, expand, and retain long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Leverage existing marketing initiatives and materials, while actively contributing to outbound lead generation and account development.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to design and deliver tailored Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Office 365) to UK clients, both virtually and in person.
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT solutions, cloud services, or software sales.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft 365) is preferred.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding business in the UK.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
- A proactive approach with the ambition to contribute to Senetic’s success in the UK market.
- Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of UK business culture and market dynamics.
