We’re looking for a very good sales and business oriented person who will develop our cloud business in Bulgaria merket. Our Microsoft team is an international team of 25 people who deal with sales, marketing, technical matters and customer support.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Bulgarian market, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and propose customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Present and demonstrate Microsoft cloud solutions to clients, both virtually (mostly) and in person.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Microsoft products, and competitive offerings.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in sales process to business customers, preferably in IT solutions or software sales.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with customers.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions and services.
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English at least communicatively (B2) – You’ll work with international team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
