You will be responsible for:
  • Handle inquiries coming in from our customers,
  • acquire new customers and build trust and a positive image and brand of the company in the market with the help of telephone and e-mail contact,
  • collaborate and develop long-term relationships with current customers,
  • take care of the highest level of customer service,
  • select optimal IT solutions that take into account all customer needs,
  • coordinate customer orders,
  • cooperate with other departments of the company: accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc., in order to ensure the highest quality of the service process for our customers,
  • improve your commercial competence and expand your product knowledge based on the internal knowledge of our specialists, Product Managers, as well as external trainings organized by the manufacturers we cooperate with.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience – a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable IT industry role is essential;
  • Communicative command of English at a B2/C1 level, native proficiency in Hungarian;
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset – demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, showcasing a proactive and results-driven approach;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Knowledge of HP, IBM, Cisco, Juniper, APC, Ubiquiti, DELL, Juniper, Microsoft, Symantec, and VMWare products will be an advantage.
