Customer Service Specialist (with Hungarian and Romanian language)

As a CS Specialist in our Sales department, you will be part of an experienced team from whom you will have the opportunity to learn a lot, performing tasks such as:
- entering orders into the sales database,
- handling customer inquiries (by phone and email),
- updating the customer database,
- ongoing handling of incoming inquiries and orders,
- solving ongoing problems in the order/sales process,
- supporting sales team in sales and order processing,
- training, expanding sales and IT knowledge, continuous development and participation in in the company’s projects.
We will be happy to hire you if:
- You are fluent in spoken and written Hungarian and Romanian – level min. B2/C1 and have a communicative English,
- You are a fast learner and open to new knowledge and experiences,
- accuracy, reliability and good organization are your strengths,
- You are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment,
- Your communication skills are at a high level,
- You have practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
